Protected Areas, Beach and Coastal Vendors Licensing Expiration Notice

All licenses must be renewed by July 1st to continue operations for the year 2024/2025, as mandated by the Ordinance and its Regulations.


Operators without a valid license will face legal consequences under the National Park Ordinance.


Key Requirements:

  • Regulation 10 (3): Dive vessel or charter vessel owners/operators must provide the Director with a return in form NP5A or NP5B when making payments under subregulation (2).

  • Licenses will not be renewed for 2024/25 until NP5 forms are submitted.

DECR LICENSING NOTICE – Beach and Coastal Vendors

As of July 1, 2024, the DECR reminds all Beach and Coastal Vendors that licenses issued under the Beach and Coastal Vending Ordinance (30 of 2021) expired on June 30th, 2024.


Renew your licenses by July 1st to continue operations for the year 2024/2025. Vendors without a valid license will face legal consequences in accordance with the Beach and Coastal Vending Ordinance.
