Authorities are appealing for public assistance following a fatal shooting late last night in the Ralph Close area.
According to police reports, the incident occurred shortly after 11 p.m. on February 15, when the Police Control Room received reports of gunshots in the neighborhood. Officers, along with emergency medical personnel, were immediately dispatched to the scene.
Upon arrival, authorities discovered a male victim lying motionless on the ground, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Despite efforts by medical personnel, the victim was pronounced dead at 11:43 p.m. by an attending doctor. His identity has not yet been confirmed.
Investigators are urging anyone with information regarding the incident to come forward.
