The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force has issued an update on the possible boat landing.
The following is the latest update from the police: Update on Possible Boat Landing Further to the media release yesterday regarding a possible boat landing at Northwest Point, Providenciales, on Monday morning, despite all enquires with agencies on the Turks and Caicos and our partners at the US Coastguard, no additional signs were found of a boat landing.
The RTCIPF’s Marine Branch, the Coastal Radar Station and our colleagues from Immigration Enforcement, supported by our regional law enforcement partners, remain vigilant in the protection of the Border of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
