The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force (RT&CIPF) is urgently appealing for the public’s assistance in the investigation of two fatal shootings and a wounding incident that occurred on Saturday, January 18, 2025, around 10:00 p.m.
The incident, which took place at the night spot, located along Grace Bay Road in Providenciales, claimed the lives of American Tourist – Shamone Duncan, who was attached to the Cook County Sheriff’s Office in Chicago, Illinois, and local taxi driver Dario Stubbs.
“If you were driving along Grace Bay Road—particularly between Aziza’s Restaurant and the Seven Stars Roundabout—between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on the night in question and have dashcam footage, your assistance is crucial,” the police said in a news release.
The police are also seeking any CCTV, dashcam, or doorbell footage from the area, as well as recordings of the incident.

The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force is assuring that all information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
