A 50-year-old male, Stephen Lyn, is scheduled to appear before the Grand Turk Magistrate’s Court on February 17, 2025, facing one count of sexual assault.
The charge follows an investigation by officers from the Safeguarding and Public Protection Unit, after receiving a report of sexual touching involving a 13-year-old female victim. The alleged incident occurred on September 24, 2024.
