Gun Victim succumbs To Gunshot Wounds



A murder investigation has been launched following the death of 52-year-old David Leon McIntosh, who succumbed to gunshot wounds early Wednesday morning.


The incident occurred at approximately 1:42 a.m. on July 19th when authorities received a distress call informing them that McIntosh, a resident of Kew Town, Providenciales, had been shot. In response, officers from the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force, accompanied by an ambulance, were dispatched to the scene.


McIntosh, who was found suffering from his injuries, was rushed to the Cheshire Hall Medical Center for medical treatment. However, police reports late Wednesday, announced that the injured man had succumbed to his wounds while being treated.


As the police opens up its latest murder investigation, they are urging the public to come forward with any relevant information about this murder or any other illegal activities.
