Flow TCI is announcing that the commencement of the final phase of the tower upgrade project to enable customers in the sister islands (Middle Caicos, South Caicos, Salt Cay, and Grand Turk) to enjoy superior experiences on its mobile LTE network and broadband network enters final phase.
Flow TCI Country Manager, Joanne Missick stated: “We wish to say thank you to our customers for their unwavering loyalty and understanding as we bring this project to a close. Our engineering team has successfully completed the reconstruction of the new towers across all islands and will now focus on completing the installation and transfer of the new equipment to complete the final phase of our tower upgrades to provide improved connectivity in the sister islands.”
Increase Rates
In the meantime, Flow TCI is reminding customers of a broadband speed increase to its existing broadband plans, which took effect on April 25th, 2022, saying that an incremental rate increase for the new higher speed plans has taken effect.
The telecoms provider stated that all customers will be migrated from all previous fixed broadband plans to the new broadband Fibre to the Home plans, saying that the new speeds will improve the overall broadband experience for all customers for online gaming, voice over IP calling, video conferencing, and social media usage.
