F Chambers Adds New Litigation Attorney Archibald Lindsey

 F Chambers has announced the addition of Litigation Attorney Archibald to its legal team.


Archibald Lindsey has been formally admitted to the Bar of Attorneys in the Turks and Caicos Islands on 23 July 2024 by the Chief Justice Hon. Mabel Agyemang upon presentation by Managing Partner Mark Fulford of F Chambers Law Firm.


On being called to the Bar, Lindsay expressed his deep gratitude on his admission to the Bar of the Turks and Caicos Islands. He further stated that he is “excited to contribute to the development and advancement of the jurisprudence in the Turks and Caicos Islands, to assist the less fortunate as best as I can and to contribute to the society at large.”


Fulford thanked the Chief Justice, for granting the admission. He remarked that given the increased construction development being done in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and with Lindsay's background in engineering and arbitration, he intends to use his extensive experiences in those fields.

Fulford added that Archibald's expertise is expected to bolster the firm's existing practice areas and facilitate his entry into criminal law, helping with the backlog.

"He is the consummate professional who is serious about fearlessly representing his clients with respect and decorum for the court and fellow attorneys. He will undoubtedly do well in the jurisdiction with this kind of dedication to duty," Fulford said.


Archibald joins F Chambers with Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of the West Indies. He is well experienced in civil litigation inclusive of contract law, divorce, non-contentious probate and dispute resolution.


He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Jamaican International Arbitration Centre. He will be a part of the Civil Litigation division led by Chloe McMillan, Senior Associate of law at F Chambers Law Firm, in the capacity of Associate Attorney.
