President of the Turks and Caicos Amateur Athletics Association (TCAAA) Edith Skippings has become the first individual from the Turks and Caicos Islands to be elected on the North American, Central America and the Caribbean Athletics Association (NACAC) Council.
Skippings was elected on Sunday, July 23, in San Jose, Costa Rica, where a meet, which featured a couple of TCI Athletes was held. NACAC is the governing body for athletics in the North America, Central America and the Caribbean region.
