Haywood McIntosh, a resident of The Bight who is already facing firearm and ammunition-related charges, is now dealing with additional legal trouble.
The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force (RT&CIPF) has brought two counts of Malicious Injury to Property against McIntosh, also known as ‘Woody.’ Officers from the RT&CIPF Response and Operations Unit formally charged him on March 13, 2025.
The 38-year-old is set to appear before a Magistrate later this week. The new charges stem from a March 1, 2025 incident in which authorities received a report about property damage to a building and a vehicle along Airport Road in Providenciales. Following an investigation, McIntosh was arrested and subsequently charged.
