The 52nd Annual Meeting of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) staged its welcome reception at the Grace Bay Club Resort in Providenciales on Monday, June 13, which saw dignitaries from a number of countries, including President of the CDB Dr. Gene Leon and President of the African Development Bank, Dr. Akinwumi Adesina.
